Let us for 21 days focus on our blessings and be grateful for having them

Salma has chosen Pranic Healing as a way to serve people by helping them remove energy blockages preventing them from being their best selves, and to accompany them in their healing journey.

Having witnessed how Pranic Healing helped her personally, and how through it she could help her family and friends, she decided to extend these benefits to a larger number of people.

What we focus on expands and grows!

Cultivating the habit of deep gratitude can create abundance in different aspects of our lives (health, love, spirituality, money…), simply because the more thankful we are the more we are entitled to receive more things to be grateful for.

Let us for 21 days focus on our blessings and be grateful for having them.

Everyday during 21 day, I will be suggesting a theme to reflect upon and be thankful for.

You can start, whenever you like!

Gratitude and love to all. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿค

1- Physical body:

Today let us be grateful for our bodies, for this beautiful miracle that does so much for us without us having to consciously do it (digesting, cleansing, regenerating…).

This divine miracle also allows us to experience life through our different senses, and bears our stress and heavy emotions.

Gratitude today and everyday for our bodies.

2- Internet:

Today let us be grateful for the internet.

So many things got so much easier and more accessible because of the internet.

Because of it we are able to keep in touch with our loved ones wherever they are, we can have access to so much knowledge, create new opportunities for us and others, and many more.

Let us however remember to use it with moderation, and use discernment before believing information we find/are exposed to.

3- A difficult experience:

Today we are grateful for a difficult experience we went through.

Difficult experiences are part of our life journey, in fact they help us grow.

Looking back, we realize that because of a certain painful moment, we knew ourselves deeper. We realized what was holding us back, and we broke it to move forward. That same experience opened unexpectedly wonderful doors.

If you are going through a tough moment, this is your reminder that it will get better.

4- Home:

Today let us be grateful for our homes.

For this space that gathers us with our loved one, and where we create moments of warmth and of love.

Our homes also protect us from cold weather, excessive heat, and they keep us safe.

May our homes be blessed with love, harmony, and prosperity.

5 – A book:

Which book/s are you grateful for?

Often, books open our eyes to new perspectives, answer our questions, make use dream…

I am personally grateful to two books which, without intentionally seeking for it, put me on the spiritual path.

The first one was “How to get what you want and want what you have” by John Gray.

I read it more than 10 years ago and might have forgotten a lot of it, but I do remember how it describes how important it is to fill our own love reservoirs. It also had a meditation practice, which I used to do and was my first experience with meditation.

The second book was “The 40 Rules of Love” by Elif Shafak. A book that changed and healed my relationship with the Divine.

6- A Teacher:

Teachers play a fundamental role in our life and growth. They usually make a lot of sacrifices for us, give us the best of what they themselves have learned, and shorten the way for us.

A teacher is not necessarily a teacher at school or a spiritual teacher, it could be a family member or a friend who taught us and helped us grow.

Let us today remember this special person who taught us lesson/s that touched our hearts and lives.

With gratitude, respect, and love, thank you.

7- A routine:

Do you have a daily or weekly routine that you love?

It can be drinking a morning coffee or tea, going for a walk, doing a weekly activity…

It can be a simple routine but when you think about it you know that it helps you set your mood for the day or the week.

For me it’s taking conscious breaths in the morning.

What is yours?

8- A Friend:

Send a message to your friend/s, let them know how much you are grateful for having them in your life.

9- Difficult emotion:

Have you ever experienced a difficult emotion, but then realized it was actually a symptom for something deeper that you needed to work on ?

A lot of times, challenging emotions can be an indicator for what we should improve in our lives. For example, irritation can be an indicator that we should care for ourselves more, or avoid putting too much expectations on others.

Anger can be an indicator we have to say stop and put more healthy boundaries…

This realization can make us go from ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ฉ to ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿค—.

Let us embrace our emotions, the happy and the not so comfortable ones, and be grateful to them for showing us what we should improve.

10 – Family:

Let us take a moment today to be grateful to our families – biological or non-biological – parents, siblings, cousins, extended family, or the people who took care of us as children.

For taking care of us as children, for teaching us our first lessons in life, and for their love. Our siblings or cousins were probably our first friends, and with we had joyful moments we still remember until today.

11- Food:

Isn’t food amazing? ๐Ÿ˜

We enjoy it, it’s delicious, nourishes our body, can put us in a good mood, and gives us energy to make our bodies move and stay focused to achieve our goals!

We love you food โค don’t we ?

12- Job:

Today let us be grateful for our jobs or our source of income.

Doing something we are passionate about is certainly a blessing, but even when sometimes we don’t have that chance, this job or source of income we have allows us to sustain our needs and to live enjoyable experiences.

No matter what our source of income is, let us remember to be grateful for it.

13- Teeth:

Having healthy teeth is certainly a blessing !

Making our smile even more beautiful, allowing us to it and enjoy good food.

A tooth pain is certainly not easy, so if today your teeth are calm and happy, it is a true blessing. May we all smile, life, and be happy.

14- Nature:

Today let us take a moment to be grateful to nature.

Thank you for recharging us every time we connect with you.

Grateful for the earth, the sun, the water of our beautiful earth.

15- Sneezing:

Sneezing protects our bodies by clearing our noses from bacteria and viruses.

It is quite an impressive mechanism. A signal travels to the โ€˜sneezing centreโ€™ in the lateral medulla of your brain, our eyes close, our tongue moves to the roof of the mouth, the reflex forces a sudden, deep intake of breath, aaaaand Achuuum! ๐Ÿ˜„

All this in very few seconds!

16 – A drink:

Do you have a drink that makes your mood better ?

Maybe a coffee or a tea ? โ˜•๐Ÿฅค

As you drink it, take your time to enjoy it and to be grateful for the blessing of drinking it quietly and in peace. ๐Ÿ’—

I love green tea!

What’s your favorite drink ?

17- Breath:

Isn’t it amazing how a breath can calm us down and bring us to a state of peace?

Amidst everything happening in the world right now, let us take some conscious breaths to be in an inner calmness state, and from there let us do what we can, pray, spread peace through whatever practice or action, and donate to help out brothers and sisters. ๐Ÿ™โ˜ฎ๐Ÿ’–

18- Mind:

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.” Albert Einstein.

Our mind is a true blessing.

The first thing we do before creating something is to think about it.

You could think of yourself now being in another country, even another planet, and there is no limit to that.

May we use our minds to create wonderful reality for us and people around us.

19- Clothes:

Don’t you feel great when you wear nice, beautiful, elegant, or comfy clothes ?

As we wear our clothes today, let us be grateful for having them and for the feeling they give us when we wear them.

20- Someone you helped:

Usually we think gratitude goes to the person who helps, but in fact, helping others is a true blessing and we also benefit from it, it brings joy to our hearts and helps us generate good Karma.

Whenever we help someone, let us remember that it is an opportunity and a chance to be able to serve, and we need to be grateful for that and for that person who trusted us enough to let us help.

21- Gratitude:

As we close this “21 days of Gratitude” challenge, let us be grateful for gratitude itself, for the ability to be grateful and see the beauty and blessings around us.

Being able to be grateful is such a gift and blessing to be grateful for ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’–.
